Effective August 17, 2024, pursuant to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) settlement agreement, a written Buyer Representation Agreement is required before a licensed real estate agent may show you a property.

This agreement will clearly disclose the amount or rate of compensation the buyer's agent will receive. Compensation is negotiable and not set by law. Contact us to discuss buyer representation before scheduling a showing.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Webster County, Iowa.
